I am a licensed real estate broker, registered with RECO as Broker of Record. I am an active member of the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of Realtors. Our company is a member of the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce.
I graduated from the University of Waterloo, and have completed a Program in Real Property Assessment with the University of British Columbia. I hold the designation of CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) and am a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). I have served for years on the Ontario Association - AIC Board of Directors, and on the Executive Board of the Waterloo-Wellington Chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Ontario. I serve on several committees and task forces including the AIC Advocacy Committee.
I am strongly dedicated to volunteering in our community and the real estate industry. Networking and continuous learning are extremely important to me. I have been involved in this industry for more than 17 yrs. I believe very strongly in providing top notch service and knowledgeable advice to all of our clients.
